Hotspot profile

Installed virgin outlook on Android 13 and cannot create a profile to access hotspots.  Have read same prob on earlier releases when will it be fixed for Android 13 ??It's quite an important deficiency    

Resolved! Outside grey box

Outside grey box is open, all the wires are exposed to the elements. Have tried calling VM but because of high call volume I keep getting told to look online. There’s nothing online and can’t find where to report it.

Does the VM connect app work with hub5? It worked ok with my hub4, but won't detect my new hub5.
