Just came back from Xmas and Omni box and cabling have been left ruined

Just back from Xmas with the family and it's very obvious as it's at front of property - I noticed it straight away coax has been cut through (perhaps a new cable been added?) but in process box has been left shattered and rest of cables in a right old mess.

How do I raise with VM to come and sort, tidy and box up again? There doesn't seem to be a customer service (even the new WhatsApp bot doesn't let you send photos) that lets you send a photo of the absolute state of things here!

Even if it's technically "working" it's me that's going to suffer when water gets into the brickwork and my damp problems get worse.

Just call VM and report it as a fault.

The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

Thanks I'll try that. I guess I didn't see it as a "fault" per se as it's all working still. Frustrating that the WhatsApp doesn't let you send a photo.

        Hello Dave787Max,

Welcome to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re experiencing with your omnibox at the moment.

I can arrange an appointment from here to have this repaired; however, I would need to confirm a few details via a private message, which I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message, and we can get started.
        Kind Regards,
        Steven_L

Is there a new cable leading to your neighbour's house? If so your cable has been split to do this. It usually isn't a problem but should be a temporary fix until the neigbour gets his own cable.

The heavily degraded coax & phone cables look to have been in this state for years.
