Vm connect app

Hi,

I’ve had virgin media a few years and I’ve had issues the last few weeks. An Engineer has been out fixed any line issues and also swapped out my router for a new one. I’ve logged into the router via 192.168.0.1 and renamed the ssid to my old ssid name so I didn’t have to re connect everything. Everything is working from a connection perspective the issue I have is when I open VM connect app on my phone it shows the details on the Home Screen, but when I click broadband icon it says it can’t find my hub? I’ve tried installing steps using the app, but it doesn’t work. I’ve even deleted the app and data and started again and it’s still the same. It’s says it can’t find the hub. Anyone come across this issue?
