Connect App

Upgraded to new Hub 5 yesterday, all seems working fine but VM Connect App says "We cant find your Hub". Searched previous discussions and tried ALL recommendations but still cannot find Hub? What should I do?

    The app gets its information from the VM backend database.  It may take a few days for the system to update the fact you have a new Hub.

  • Ok many thanks, I'll wait a few days and check again.  Seems odd that this Connect app can check your connections and devices but needs a few days to update itself.

    What is odd it that VM created the Connect app and it is the method by which some people manage to block access to their most critical or popular kit and then wondering why family relations are at rock bottom.
