Connect App

Any one having problems with logging into the connect app?

Today it's asking to connect to my home,sign in with a virgin media account,tap it and it brings up a page asking for my email input no password as usual ,so I sign in with email and it sends a verification email . I verify it and it sends me back to the same page ? Asking for email input then verification 

I've never encountered this before so I'm at a loss?
