VM Connect app

I’m not able to do speed tests on my CM Connect app, it’s all showing as connected but I can’t seem to connect to the hub to do the speed test

    Thanks for coming back to the thread and confirming what you've done.

    Please can you delete the app for us. Clear cache and data before rebooting the device and re-installing the app.

    Should fix this :)

      When I try a speed test it’s just asking me if I’m at home?

    Apple Relay and any kind of VPNs need to be Disabled.

      Still having the same issue, when I try to do a speed test it’s not finding the hub, however, it shows all my devices that’s connected to the hub. Apple Relay and VPN have been disabled. Also the app is not showing in location services.

      Yes I’m aware of this, but it doesn’t sort out this issue.

        Another thing to check is your Public IP from your mobile matched the VM Public IP and the ISP is shown as Virgin Media.

        Failing that it is back to VM to resolve.
