Resolved! Self Install Pack failed to arrive .

The QuickStart pack was supposed to arrive today Feb 6th but it has not been delivered.  I have had no update on the delivery from either VM or Yodel. I also don't have an account number yet so am unable to login and check the status of the delivery.

Extra white cable needed

Drop outs for over 2 weeks now

Again someone called to arrange a visit no one came, advised re our loss of data with no WiFi we can order a dongle, put through to another department to order and they cut us off the call ! What a joke
