Broadband dropping out and high latency DA5

mont999
On our wavelength

Hi, I am trying to raise a fault online for my poor broadband connection that shows on the below graph starting around 05:00 9/10.

I've checked all connections and re-started the hub but no change.

Logs from router below showing recent events,

If somebody could help please with any connection checks this would be great.

Well that's a turn up 😀 I unplugged all the physical connections to the Hub and the connection cleaned up straightaway. It's been lightening fast and stable for a couple of hours. There was me thinking the broadband monitor only monitored the external network performance to the hub. Thanks for your help. I'll cancel the next engineer visit and get playing with finding the culprit.

So some device is doing a DoS?

After a bit of trial and error,  proved down to my CCTV DVR that's plugged into a powerline adapter,  after turning that off and on it cleared up.

Hey mont999, thank you for reaching out with all these updates.

So just to confirm everything is working as it should be now?
