Resolved! Address update - House Move

my account address has been changed and i have been issued with a new account (i have the number) however i cannot set up my virgin media app as it takes me to old settings, can you help thnx

No verification email received

I have sent my email address multiple times and not received a verification. ( in any letterbox). I cannot remember my memorable word. And therefore cannot report this.

Captcha not found
