New customer with no information...

Hi all, so I had a sales rep come out last week and sign me up to a fantastic deal for broadband and tv starting in July. Only issue is I've had no email correspondence from virgin. A weeks gone by and the only thing ive had is a text with pre contract attached which has my last name spelt incorrectly. On the doorstep the rep seemed to have issues with my last name and im assuming he hasn't spelt my email address correctly. Anyone know where to go from here as im unable to make a virgin media account without correct email/area code etc and currently have no information other than their services are supposed to start for me on July 1st. Cheers in advance if anyone knows anything but im going round im circles it seems trying to contact them about this.

    We're very sorry you haven't had any further correspondence. 

    We do have a pre-install team that can be contacted via: 0800 052 1734 they should be able to advise further on this.
