Is there some way we can get in touch with someone to pass on high praise for a member of staff that has gone above and beyond to help with a query that hasn't been a quick fix yet still persisted to ensure we were looked after? Thanks in advance

Online renewal

Just accepted new early renewal 18 months contract .5 days later now offering it at what  I pay on existing contract so went for that . What I end up with is anybodys guess Contacted retentions say it takes 14 days to activate . Wouldn't you think it...

Upgrade Order not Processed

Hi I have the same issue.  Made the update request online and was told that it would take effect by 5 Nov.  Change not made and we are not receiving the services requested.  I have the order number and confirmation email.
