Delays in equip repair

Why can’t you give users a reference number? That way they can be informed of progress or lack of progress. Could you message me directly to confirm if you have passed on my complaint? 


I get calls from above number which others reported as sales calls from Virgin. And I just read that users are automatically signed up for that.I will change it now and think it's not a good idea to call people. If I want to buy something or need any...
