Leaving return equipment

Hi I have had email saying ur send me a returns package via royal mail but only says for back up phone.

 

Does not list the other equipment router and tv box ??

 

Can someone check what going on as odd u just want backup phone back!!

 

Can u check and confirm if all the equipment is to be sent back in one go

    I can check on our side to confirm what equipment is requested to be returned on the account. Please join me in a private message so I can locate your account and pass the account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon, or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.

  • Seem vm do not want people to leave easy as I have chased twice now. 

    Just been told phone is but tv and broadband are not.
