Current bill is £50/month. April bill rise now £54.40/month. Renewal offer for June showed “My current package £58.80”.
Where's the £58.80 come from? I’ve already had the price increase by £4.40 on the £50. Has that messed up what renewal offers are showing if incorrect? Couldn't I just renew at £54.40?
Thanks for any help - but I was brought here by the VM help page and don’t think a board exists for my enquiry.
