Renewal Offer

I am out of contract currently paying £120+  - went onto website and offered renewal at £103.08 for 18months. Accepted the terms and pressed Place Order but nothing happens. I've got the email with the Contract Summary sheet but nothing seems to go through after that.

     It can as u have done it online sometimes up to 14 working days to change, please wait for a VM STAFF to reply they should pick this up in the next few days.

    As mentioned here it can take up to 14 days for online orders to process - once it's been after this time and if nothing has happened, please let us know here and we'll do our best to help.

  • I am very confused about the renewal and the two different prices I am offered. I am 71 and I get very anxious and panic on phone calls. Is it possible to chat about renewal and my options on a private message on here as I cannot face ringing a call centre, and I find typed chat much easier.
