Contract Renewal Offer
Hi there, been a quick almost two years and now I'm at that point of looking to save money. Account runs out in October, I noticed I've received a renewal offer in my app billing section and it's not very appealing. Its £2 more than I'm paying just now, £30 more than a new customer offer, and £20 more than two other providers I could cancel and move to. Are there any VM ops who are in the forum able to discuss offers, or point me in the direction of UK Comms who could discuss. I really can't be bothered with the overseas call centre shenanigans if I can help it just now. I'm not going to renew at this price point unfortunately and I've no problem cancelling and moving.

Four weeks before my contract ended I tried again to see if I could get a better deal through the online chat. Came away happy, basically matching the BT and EE prices. Satisfied with that👍🏼
