Landline is down!!

Landline dead

Just upgraded our router to support the 1 gig connection and now our landline isn't working.  I've tried it in both ports in the router.  Is this a common problem when upgrading packages?I would try and talk to VM but the useless bandits are impossib...

Resolved! Landline phone internet switchover

I have today plugged my phone into my Hub 3, as today is my switchover day. This has required some effort in moving furniture etc and repositioning the phone near the hub.  I have checked all connections and rebooted the hub, but there is no dialling...

Home Phone Not working

No landline dial tone since weekend ,checked service status , say there are no problems.  Have done all checks on my equipment unplugged landline phone from power and wall connection sockets reset router etc . Needs resolving paying for non existent ...
