Resolved! No dialling tone

I now have no dialling tone on my home phone. I phoned Virgin on the 6th and again on the 8th to report that I could not dial out to anyone except Virgin (I had a dialling tone at that point) and they promised a technician would call me.- but no one ...

Resolved! Connection to hub and old incoming phone line.

My router is upstairs with a phone which split to other phones. Originally the incoming old line is downstairs which splits to the additional phones which now is on the fibre optic line. My question is,... is it alright to leave the old connection as...

Switched from Sky to virgin and now the landline isn’t receiving calls. Engaged tone heard when calling. Can make outgoing calls. any suggestions please?Thanks

No Landline - Cannot make/receive calls

Home phone not working

Our home phone hasn’t worked since changing to Fibre on the 28/11/2022.  I spoke to help desk and twice they said an engineer had been booked, the last one was due on the 6th December but no engineer has arrived!  What do I do now?
