Resolved! Landline isn’t working

I haven’t used my landline for years but still pay so decided to get a new phone and start using it again but it doesn’t work

My land line has not been working since this afternoon any ideas what the problem is and  when it will be fixed I have looked at my service status and it has a green tick

Hub 3 phone

Can anyone help I’ve plugged my phone into the hub 3 it works fine but the extensions won’t connect to the base unit they just keep searching and then fail to connect they all worked fine before
