Ntlworld email

Hi,

I have just realised I still have an Ntlworld email that seems to still be receiving messages. There’s a lot of junk in there and it’s been years since I used it so for security, I just want it fully closed down. I don’t recall the log in details but can still access from my phone. Does anyone know how to just fully shut it down? I haven’t been a virgin media customer for year so I’m surprised the account still exists!
