No longer have access to a Blueyonder email account

My daughter can no longer access her blueyonder email account.    She can remember her password and the recovery email doesn't appear to be hers. 

I am the Virgin Media account holder and have been for more than 30 years.

Would appreciate some advice on how she can view her emails.

    Is her address still linked to your broadband account?

        Log into your MVM account. You should find it listed there.

    She will also need her own VMO2 account under the latest ID changes.

    SueB63. If the recovery email address is wrong does she have a mobile number set as a third option for signing in? If so has she tried that route?
