Intermittent Signal in your area loop

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors and network log from the Hub.  

Setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping  

Also run a wired speed test on www.samknows.com/realspeed and post the results.

Once done we can comment.

This is new, I did this before and it was fine. Even then im lagging on my PC which is via ethernet and yes the cable is fine I replaced it yesterday.

Check for known faults in your street. Try both methods:

Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

Once the test begins click on: Run full test
to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed

The speed at the Hub should reflect your subscription.

This diagnostic is new not seen this before, speeds look fine to me but I dont know, the report logs look like a mess

Upstream has issues, your QAM should all be 64.  The power levels are too low and there are too many T3 errors.  VM will need to fix this.

The Pre and PostRS errors are on the Downstream tab.  Just scroll down the page.  PostRS errors should be zero or close to.  If there are many, that's indicative of noise ingress in the incoming circuit.

If you use copy and paste from the tabs, the board software will automatically remove your MAC address, and the Mod's will not have to remove your posts btw.
