Critical error in Hub while in Modem Mode

Hub 5, set to modem mode.
Mesh connected and works perfectly for hours.

Sudden loss of wifi, unable to resolve until modem is turned off and on at wall.
This will repeat twice within a short time frame, then return to functioning.

The Hub has been replaced.
