Unable to login to VMConnect, MYO2, or any VM apps

Struggled to log in to my desktop VM site, and email on desktop and phone. Eventually managed to sort that, but now I can't login to MYO2, VMConnect etc on phone. Keeps asking for a passkey. I've enabled my Google account passkey, but can't set one up for VM or O2 related apps.

I've tried using a different verification method, and get an email sent to me to verify.  However, when I click the verify button, it still doesn't work.

Can anyone help?

  • Thanks for your post on our Community Forums Pablofingers, and welcome back to our Community Forums!

Sorry to hear of the issues being experienced with the applications and their login details,

Can you please confirm if you have attempted to log into the effected applications after the attempts to verify the E-Mail address?

Which applications have you specifically been experiencing issues with?

Do My Virgin Media and TV Go applications work as expected for you?

    Thanks,

      Thanks David-Bn

I've managed to sort my e-mail login now, after finding the page to reset it using the generated password.

The only app I have an issue with now is Virgin TVGo. It asks for my passkey, which it can't find on my fone. When I use the alternate route, and click on verify from the generated email, it still doesn't work.

I believe that's the only outstanding issue. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated,  thanks.

Thanks for coming back to me with an update Pablofingers.

When attempting to log into your TV Go account you would be expected to be in receipt of a screen that requests your E-Mail address so we can send a verification link via E-Mail.

Once received, simply follow the link and the subsequent options available and attempt to create the desired passkey.

If this doesn't work, you should be able to continue with a password option, which will then lead to linking your VM and O2 accounts to create your 'VM OD ID' and ultimately should then allow you to access your TV Go services.

If this does not work, please report back to us and we'll need to raise an IT ticket for you.

        Thanks
