After receiving the message "Your Virgin Media Mail account is currently unavailable" I followed the procedure given to unlock my account: changed my password etc. My account now works but to login to My Virgin Media and Virgin email I have to log in with my Outlook identity plus my new Virgin password. The identity ******@ntlworld is not recognised. Once logged in everything else works as normal. This is very confusing. Any ideas?
Thanks, Graham, for very useful information. It seems a very weird situation. Just wish VM could have insured that I was properly informed about what they were doing.
