Sky Sports app and VM

I have two Pads which until the final day of the 4th Test against India were able to log into Sky Sports via their app clicking onto the VM icon, I have logged out of all devices, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app, sorted out VM02 password, but the Pads are simply not able to move from the Sky login page to the VM02 page as the link seems to be broken?

As if you click on the VM icon it tries to load but does not move, any ideas, is it an Android OS issue or something glitching between the VM and Sky systems?

Any ideas?

      Sorry as well for the issues you're having logging into the Sky Sports App.

      Can we just confirm the details you're using allow you to access your Virgin Media online account?

    Got pass the Sky login and VM button issue, got to the VM02 screen entered the password and got an error.

    Worked OK for me. I'm using a Gmail account as my username. I don't know why VM has made all the authentication so complex. Seems that lots of people are having problems.

    I’ve linked the account and still can’t access Sky sports on my android  tablet.

     

    still get the same ‘can’t access’ notification after I put in the email!
