Sky Sports App

When I try to log in on the Sky Sports app I cannot get past the page asking to set up a pin.

I have used the Virgin Media login button, logged in using my email and password and then get stuck on the next page which asks for a pin. Once I set a pin there is no option to confirm or no visible button to go to the next step/page. 

Any advice?

    I had this issue too. I think I randomly tapped at the bottom of the page once I had put the numbers in. The button doesn’t show but you can click through. Just try tapping all over

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Sky Sports pin. 
    Can you show a screenshot of the page you mean? (remove/edit any personal information from view)

    We can't gain access to the Sky Sports App, so maybe worth asking on the Sky community forums as well to see if they are aware of any issues at all.

        Hi NumorJ.

        Thanks for the screenshot, what process do you follow once entering your chosen pin, do you press return on the Apple keyboard for it to confirm the entry?
