Netflix activation

Hello VM forum team,

I understand that Netflix has recently been added to my services, and the agent mentioned that Netflix would send me an email with the details. However, based on similar discussions I've seen, this information appears to be incorrect.

I have not yet received an activation email.

Any assistance you could provide in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    We have exact same issue first told 24-48 hours which okay fair enough then 10days.

    12 days later still nothing getting really fedup and seriously you we will be into month 2 with no netflix and even as its advertised as "Free" its still built into the package.

    Maybe have more luck with staff on here ?

    Unfortunately I made the mistake of switching to VM over 6 weeks ago.

    I am still waiting for Netflix

    I have had 5 Chats with VM, registered 4 complaints, exchanged at least 6 emails and sent 2 letters.

    Still no Netflix.

    I get the same reply every time; “ Activation email will be sent”   It never arrives!!!

    You can activate Netflix through MyVirgin media;  NO you can’t !!!

    Is there a dispute between Netflix and VM ?

    Does anyone know what's going on ?

      Exactly the same for me. Spoke to 4 agents and each told a different timescale. I can’t see anybody on here who looks to be sorted 

  • This is happening to so many people. Did they solve this for you? I am still waiting after over 3 weeks now!

      Same, been waiting pretty much a month, maybe more.

      It's funny as well, they've given 3 different time windows for receiving the link as well. First i was told I'd have it within 24 hours, then it was 10 days and now i see they're going with 14 days. It's almost like they have idea what they're doing and are in complete disarray, which I know is true because i overheard the technician who installed my services say that they're understaffed and have zero communication across the board at Virgin.

        This is exactly what has happened to me. Four contacts with the Terribot and then contact with an agent and repeating all of the same actions over and over again.  Promises of the email within 24 hours then 48 hours and personal tracking of the issue by the agent. [i dont think that is true] This is so time consuming and frustrating. I think Im going to consider cancelling.
