Can’t log in.

So i’ve had a phone contract since 2022 with Virgin media and since merging with O2 i never needed to log into my virgin media account as i knew my phone payments as I have kept the details for the self service website (so i know what payments i have and what is needed to be paid off). I have now decided i want to pay the rest of my phone bill off however I am unable to log into the virgin media section of the VirginMedia/O2 website as I don’t know my account number or area reference. It’s became a nuisance as I don’t have my original letter as I have had my house redone and a load of letters were thrown out (and after searching half a day i am still unable to find any virgin media letters) and my welcome email was deleted due to me bulk deleting emails to make up space in my gmail account.

I’ve tried searching for my details but there is not luck and i’ve tried ringing 0345 454 1111 and I wasn’t able to get through as it was asking for my account number WHICH i don’t have! Would it be worth going in store to figure it out or shall i wait the 7 month till i pay it off fully and then go else where? Would virgin media be able to sort it through emails with me?

The only details i have is access to the Virgin Mobile Credit Agreement Details.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi M1dzzz

You've posted in the Cable account forum, however you're talking about a mobile handset. Usually I would say if  looking for your credit agreement then you can log in here to view your credit agreement details, payments and end date. However if you're unable to log in due to forgetting your details, then a member of the forum team can send a security key reminder in a few days when they pick up this thread.

However I suggest calling  the dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your query and take any payment you wish to make.
