no wifi, no on demand or catch up and c130 tv errors

Had intermittent issues over past 3 weeks. Have done numerous reboots and tests and an engineer was out to us last week. Problems still continue.

Most frustrating problem is no WiFi - as a freelance web designer I am losing work. We also have AirBNB paying guests from time to time & they require WiFi also so really not happy at all.

I would like a service engineer in the area to come out today if possible - find dealing with the call centre really frustrating as they don't get the seriousness of the issue.

It takes upwards of a week to get a response on here, and you've got no hope of getting an engineer today. Last time I had to call the soonest they could offer me was a week and a half away.

Engineer came out Thursday, changed our modem and checked the local exchange box - there was evidence that was where the problem lay.

Issues seem to be resolved now fingers crossed :-)
