I have had no television for 7days and I'm getting no help at all from virgin just keel getting passed from pillar to post and getting rather annoyed about it. Last month it was my internet that was off and on for 2 weeks :/
You are precisely not expected to pay for periods of 24 hours or more when your service is not working, provided it was VM's fault.
If this is the case ring 150, TV faults and ask for a service credit. You have to do this but you will get a proportionate refund on your next bill.
