Can anyone help ?
I`m decorating my daughters bedroom and i caught the cable of the hd+ box whilst
moving a chest of drawers , and the box fell and hit the floor. The box does not work properly now ,
can i get a replacement if it is caused by an accident ? Help please !!
It may have been an accident but you are responsible for Virgin Media's equipment while it is in your possession. This is clearly stated in the Ts&Cs.
All you can do is be honest about what happened to your box when you call in to get it replaced.
