V+ box keeps rebooting and programme guide is non-existant

I have a V+ box which keeps rebooting at very inconvenient times including in the middle of recording. The programme guide is next to useless as all I get is programme info unavailable. I have been told by someone else having the same problem that they need a new box.  Any ideas?

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us regarding the V+ box rebooting.

This isn't normal behaviour for one of our V+ boxes and we would definitely need to have a look at this for you.

I can see the signal levels on your V+ box are low and we would need to book an engineer visit for them to come and take a look at this for you.
