Upgrading online via 'my upgrades/offers'

Hi

I seem to have lost the ability to view my offers and upgrade online.

Attempting to do so returns a screen advising me to phone up.

I want to be able to see the pricing and availability of any offers or upgrades VM may make available (and I may wish to take up) from time to time w/o having to phone up.

It's only been this way for a month or so before which this facility was available.

Please resolve. Thanks.

This only usually happens with people who have non standard packages, or special discounts applied to their account.

Never upgrade or do any package changes online; takes time, doesn't always happen and you don't get the best deal.  

 

Best ringing (preferably the retentions area) and the change will happen immediately and you might get a better deal.
