TV downgrade

I am paying for my TV service that I don't watch. I don't watch the movie channels. I'm paying for movies that I don't watch. I want to have movie channels taken off and downgrade to a smaller package.  Susanne

For security reasons the VM forum staff can't make changes to your package.  Call customer services on 150 from a VM phone or 0345 454 1111, or contact them via the web chat here.
