Still not receiving Sky Cinema after signing up on 19 Dec
I received an email from Virgin saying that I could upgrade to Sky Cinema for an extra £7 a month. I therefore ordered through the email on 19 Dec - on the confirmation email it said it would normally take 48 hours to set up (but could take up to 5 days). However it is now the 28th and I am still not receiving Sky Cinema. I would have thought that having ordered on the 19th, I would have received by now?
I see that others have had a similar problem - has anyone got it resolved?
