Signal problems

My Virgin media v+boxhd the sound quality is awful and the signal drops alot it has started happening since this morning

Thank you for taking the time to write to the Forum about your V+HD box.

 

Buzzing is never great especially when you're trying to watch your favourite shows. I would like to ask are you hearing this when the box is recording and also when the box is picked up?

 

I've run some tests from here and I can tell you that it's running well, with no signs of signal loss, timeouts or high demand in the area, which is good.

Fortunately it's back to normal now but I never touch it apart from the remote to go through the channels and recordings ect it lasted for about 3 hours on average
