For the past few days I have been getting an error on my PC when trying to watch SkySports - via Virgin Media. It has been working fine until last week. As far as I am aware nothing has changed since I last viewed Sky Sports 1.
Any suggestions please ? Can I somehow do a reset. I have deleted my device and then re-registered it but I still get the error "error - please try later"

Have you registered any other devices since you watched it last? I've located your account and can see you've still got one remaining change available so I'd recommend removing the device and re-registering it.
