Registered Devices

Hi,

I've registered my laptop as one of the 2 devices to be able to use the TV Anywhere service. It works when I'm watching BT Sport live, but when I try to watch Sky Sports, a messages comes up saying 'you have registered all of your devices'. I'm using the same laptop, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?

Are you registering the device separately via Sky page using VM logo to log in ...??? You need to if not!

Welcome to the Community, I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV Anywhere service lately.

 

As zvonok has mentioned, there's a separate registration to watch Sky Sports content so you'll need to make sure the device you're using is registered to that too. You can find out more about this here: http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/sky/
