Ref 3043

Can't watch nearly all of the channels on my Virgin box upstairs and get an error message (ref 3043) every time i attempt to select a channel.

Welcome to the Virgin Media Community, I'm really sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment. 


I've been able to locate your account and run some tests on the set top box from our end for you, we're detecting some issues with it from our end and I'd like to arrange for someone to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
