Poor picture

For a couple of evenings now we have experienced very poor picture quality, unwatchable! It's starts with white dots over the screen, then the picture goes altogether! The engineer who did the install said our cable ( that was here when we moved in, but we never used as we had Sky ) was very old and he did struggle getting a connection. Can this be replaced?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with the picture quality Smiley Sad 

 

Checking the account, your box is currently showing as offline. In order to check the stats, your box needs to be online. 

 

Can you please turn the box on and leave on. If you post back here once the box is on, we'll run some remote checks to see what's going on.
