Is everyone receiving this channel? For 2 days running the screen tells me there is a problem with the signal.
Rang 150 but the automation told me to check online. No help at all.
Sorry to learn about this problem, I've had a look at the TV in the office and we're not getting any issues with Ch123 from here.
I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the service for you, we're not detecting any issues at the moment.
If you've got more than one set top box, are you experiencing this issue on both?
