Hi, my V+ box froze this evening so I unplugged it to do a reset, and it's stuck showing PL59 now. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you for sharing your experience here in the Community, I'd like to welcome you from all the team. 


I'm sorry to see that you've been stuck on that message, after a reboot, are you able to get back on?


Also whilst doing some standard checks on services at the home, I was able to determine a potential issue with any internet services you may have.
