No sound

Sometimes when I press play on a boxset there's no sound, but there is sound on the rest of the television! This fault is really frustrating can you help please!!!

Very sorry to hear this is happening and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

Are there any particular box sets this is happening on? And if you haven't already would you be able to reboot the box by the mains and let me know if it's still happening please?

It's a TiVo box and yes I have rebooted it, the sound comes back but then goes again!!! Please help!!

Thank you for your message, I would like to know if the HDMI cable has been changed at all recently? If you can also test to see if changing the audio settings has any impact on this through the TiVo settings menu?
