No TV Service - Service Area 21

My VIRGIN TV service has been out of action since 13th August, with no service, I called and an engineer was despatched for Thursday 18th August, he said there was a fault locally that would be fixed soon and service would resume shortly. I have now had no TV for over a week and no communication as to when it will be fixed.
I trust that I will be refunded for the time I have been without any TV. And I would like an update as to when I can expect my Virgin TV to be working again.
