Network cable not connected -

managed to go whole 6 weeks since the last complete tv breakdown.  Again the same message about a network cable not being connected - it is.  Can anyone give any advice about this.  Getting fed up of paying on time every month and not getting a regular service????

 

Hope it won't involve waiting for days for an engineer to come out...
