Network Availabilty C130 . .FOR 10 DAYS

Dear Virgin,

The nature of a contract is that you offer a service and I agree to pay for that service. By not offering that service , you ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT.

For 10 days now, the "new" tivo has been unable to connect with the service center. The last time it was successful was Wednesday November 2nd.

It is complaining about the "Network Cable Not Connected"....

FIX IT NOW OR I WILL SEE YOU IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Hi,

Yes it is working now. It would seem that the Tivo unit I received back in August/September was an "older" model, which got bricked during an update.. something to do  with the MMC card? Anyway the unit has been replaced and this one connects to the network.
