Netflix app will not load

I have just had a TiVo installed. The Netflix app will not load (either from 'apps& games' or 'search & discover), when the app is pressed the loading circle starts to spin but then stops and the Tv returns back to the apps page.  All other apps, such as Youtube load OK. I have tried a 'restart TiVo box' several times but this does not solve the issue. All other functions/channels work OK

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to use Netflix right now.  I'll be happy to help check this out for you.

 

I have carried out some checks with the box remotely, all looks fine from here signal wise.  How are things looking today?  If you're still having trouble getting Netflix to load let me know and I can help further.

I have tried it just now and it all works as normal.  I did not do anything different, perhaps the box takes a few days from a new install.  Thanks anyway
