I've had Virgin at my new place now for around three weeks, and from the very beginning I've had big problems with the Lip Sync on every channel. I've had Virgin Media before, and also used this very same TV with Virgin, but never had this problem. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem or will I require an engineer?
I am having same issues and have had two engineers. I have been told there is a serious network outage in my area. I know other people where I live who have similar issues and also no wifi at present,going to be without for around a week.
i have had some people from VM saying no issues and others saying there are serious issues!
My Tivo is connected to the TV by HDMI, and I have a soundbar connected via an optical cable. I was experiencing the issues before I connected the soundbar, but that has magnified them somewhat. I know there is the potential for lag via optical, but I was hoping at a minimum there would be some way to dial it back a little bit (I can put up with a little delay for the benefit of surround sound!). Anything you can advise?
