Ive lost all tv service

Service status say no faults.

Both V+ and tivo boxes not working

Ran test which suggested switching off and on

Done that. Stil no service

Tried to call several times but no one available

Tried online chat not one available.

 

so what do I do next?

I'm singing instead of listening to Planet Rock.   The cat may leave home

I had the same problem but all came back after about five minutes.

Im in Edinburgh.  Was out for more than 5 minutes. Long enough for me to try 3 boxes in the house and run tests then trying to call customer services, then try contacting online, then logging in and posting here.

All the while service status saying  no issues.

 

Its mentioned in a thread now.

 

anyway seems to be back and the cat has gone to sleep, although he does have his paw over his ear

I'm really sorry to hear that there was a dip in the service the other day, and I can only sympathise with your cat  Smiley Happy
